When you seek advice and or services from us, we use your information to perform our services in relation to your enquiry, for example to provide you with specific advice to your project’s needs.

We will need to contact you by post, email and/or telephone for administrative or operational reasons, for example in order to inform you about any appointments or access arrangements, in relation to your project.
Please be aware that these communications are not made for marketing purposes and as such, you will continue to receive them even if you opt-out from receiving marketing communications.
We will also use your personal data if we contact you after you have sent us a request, filled in a web-form through our website or contacted us on social media.
We will use the communications you exchange with us in order to manage our relationship with you as our customer and to improve our services and experiences for customers.

We may send you marketing communications, if you have indicated that you are happy to receive these, for example when you sign up to our mailing list on our website or explicitly agree to receive such communication at the start of the contract (via our client contact form).

HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR DATA
We will retain your data for as long as you remain:
a registered subscriber to our mailing list;
for as long as is necessary to provide our services to you;
following the completion of your project, we are required to keep the project details for 6 years or 12 years (for all contract administration projects), in accordance with the RIBA’s regulations.
ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH
We may need to provide external consultants or companies with your information in order to produce necessary surveys, reports and services in relation to your project. We do not share or transfer personal data to countries outside the EU.
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information and to check our records are correct.
