The Appeal Inspector allowed planning consent for redevelopment of the existing car park at Horizon House to provide two residential blocks comprising 31 residential units including 4, one bedroom and 17, two bedroom apartments. The new apartments will be located within two new wings to an existing building that has recently been converted from B1 office use to residential apartments. Collectively, this will provide much needed residential accommodation within the Borough.
